Broxmouth Park stands on the east coast of East Lothian at the foot of the Lammermuir Hills, 35 miles only from the centre of the city of Edinburgh and around 70 miles from Newcastle. The A1 Motorway/Expressway runs from the Edinburgh ring road to an exit a few hundred yards from the house. Drive time a mere 30 minutes. Edinburgh Airport is a further 8 miles round the ringroad.

• The town of Dunbar and its station is less than one mile away.
• There is a frequent train service between Waverley Station, (Edinburgh City Centre) and Dunbar.
• Travel time varies between 20-30 minutes.
• Train time from London Kings Cross is less than 5 hours.
• Arrangements can be made for the estate vehicle to collect and deliver guests from airports, stations etc at a cost to be advised.
• There is ample space within the estate for helicopters to land and take off.
