Broxmouth Park offers an unrivalled setting for filming, located only 40 minutes from the city
of Edinburgh. Broxmouth Park is available throughout the year (subject to commercial bookings)
for both interior and exterior sets. Parking is available on site and the estate can accommodate
up to 32 cast and crew members.
Unique features include antique furnishings, Victorian period baths, working fireplaces, wide
corridors, and interconnecting bedrooms. The main house has three luxurious and elegant public
rooms and nine en-suite bedrooms. Externally, Broxmouth Park offers 150 acres of park and
woodland including a walled garden, three-acre trout lake and burn flowing to the Firth of Forth.
Cromwell’s Mount, a mound from where he commanded the Battle of Dunbar in 1650, is in the
gardens. The original iron staircase at the side of house and the large cedar tree planted on the
lawn in front of house both date back to Queen Victoria’s visit to Broxmouth in 1878.
